Paul S Withey Chartered Surveyors has been an established firm of Chartered Surveyors located in Bradford City Centre for almost 15 years. Paul Withey has over 30 years experience in practise as a Chartered Surveyor and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as a member of the Expert Witness Institute.
As an experienced Chartered Surveyor Mr Withey carries out the following types of work:
- Accommodation Reports for litigation purposes associated with future accommodation for severely disabled persons.
- Project Management of alterations to properties to meet the needs of disabled persons, from planning right through to final stages.
- Litigation Work in respect of court proceedings and disputes.
- Commercial Property and Land appraisal, negotiations of terms of sale, compulsory purchase orders and commercial leases along with sales by auction and tender.
- Residential Valuations & Surveys in respect of prospective purchases of property.
